We check all Used tyre minimum 3 time before load. Final checking must done by our own hand. We have skilled to work for USA, Bolivia, Mexico, New Zealand, Korea, Malaysia quality. For Light Truck Used Tyre Minimum order quantity is 40ftHQx1. Our available Grade is Virgin & Re-Tread: 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 11mm, 13mm, 15mm Take off & ‘R1(ReTrade)’ 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, Take off . We can make any size combination of Used tyre container as you need. We follow DOT by buyer instruction, Brand also depends on buyer need. We also find for you cheapest shipping line. We allow your shipping line nomination too. C&F or FOB pricing both are ok. We also take responsibility for our Quality, we accept Claim if we loaded any tyre found in side of container which was put out of quality agreement. Fill free for you inquiry.
Our Grading Method
For Light Truck we follow 2 type of grading method.
- 30% Grade, 50% Grade, 70% Grade, 90% Grade.
- 5mm, 7mm, 9mm, 11mm, 13mm, 15mm, Take Off. Grade
First all we divide Tyre by its category Virgin & Retread
We Measure One by One tyre on the trade 3 points after that the lower point reading become our precise grade.
Our Quality Control
We always maintained high quality of our product. We check every week point of tire before we load a container by follow buyer instruction. Such as billow.
On the Trade : Punch Hole, Stone Hole, Wire Cut, Wire Rust, Uneven Tread Depth, Shoulder down, Wrinkle & Cruck ETC.
On the Side Wall : DOT(Made of Year), Scratch, Cut, Stone damage, Wrinkle & Cruck ETC.
On Rim Area : Wire exposer, Cut or any damage ETC.
Inside the Tyre : Punch Hole or any damage if it was drive after Puncher ETC.
